Short and sweet just like my run:)

Yesterday I woke up with plans to go to pilates with my friend/co-worker Gabby and to work on my fundraising, then I realizd I have to do a maintainence run today. I cant afford to miss any at this point. I will be running 10 miles this Sunday with my group. 8 miles kicked my ass this week and I did my runs last week. it just goes to show how much I will have to maintain my weekly runs to build my endurence. So, today I put on my new running gear from, of course Lululemon, I grabbed got my i-pod and headed out the door. I am currently listening to The Goal, its a book I got from the Core Library at my work.

I didnt have a watch or pedometer so I fingured I would just wing it. I ran for about 2 miles in about 25 minutes around my neiborhood. I love my neiborhood and all it's cute little houses and trees:) It makes me happy and so does running:)
